The whole world runs on emotion.

It’s the most powerful currency, the currency that drives every transaction. Feelings and emotions are the only thing that can pull us into an action. For example: you only buy things that make you feel a certain way, whether positive or negative.

An addictive substance is is one that can predictably recreate strong feelings, whether thats crystal meth, coffee, or substances we create in the labs inside us, like fear.

Emotions produce chemicals in our bodies, and when our physiology gets used to the same chemical cascade being produced, it registers that as its ‘normal’ and will seek to maintain that homeostasis.

Each of us have a primary negative emotion that we are addicted to. The belief that you are powerless is addictive. Victimhood, judgment, guilt, and indecision too.

It’s time to identify your primary addictions and the very customized story they tell you over and over so you can clean them out and not enter the New Paradigm with them dragging behind you.
